Unless otherwise specified, rent is due on the 1st day of each month and shall be paid via ACH to Landlord’s designated bank account. A late fee in the amount of fifty dollars ($50.00) will be imposed for rental payments not received by the tenth day of the month or, if not due on the 1st of the month, ten days after the agreed upon due date. Rental payments which remain outstanding after the 15th day from the due date will be subject to interest at 12% per annum and may result in eviction proceedings.
